We collect information you provide directly (account details, onboarding answers) and data from connected third-party tools (Gmail, Stripe, etc.) necessary for your AI Specialists to function.

Data is used exclusively to power your personalized AI Team and the Shared Business Brain. This includes analyzing revenue patterns, drafting communication, and optimizing your scheduling.
4. Encryption & Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 standards. Access to the Brain AI core is restricted via SOC2-compliant protocols.

You can request a full export of your business data or a permanent deletion of your Shared Brain at any time through the Management Dashboard.
